Why isn't there tracking information in my order?
If you can not see any tracking data for the shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, your package should still arrive by the due date. You can find some common explanation why tracking stats are unavailable on our Tracking Shipments Help page.
Why didn't my order qualify for FREE Shipping?
Each items ordered plus the shipping address have to be qualified to receive FREE Shipping. FREE Shipping page has more information in regards to what items and addresses are considered.
FREE SHIPPING
To take advantage of FREE Shipping:
- Place at least $25 of eligible items inside of your Shopping Cart.
- Begin checkout.
- Ship your items to one single U.S. address.
- Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" as the shipping preference.
- Select FREE Shipping as the shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 3-8 business days after all of the items are available to ship (including pre-order items).
- Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
With this shipping option, we fulfill your order in the more cost-efficient way. This allows us to pass our savings on to you in the form of free delivery. While it could take additional time to pack and ship your order, you'll still receive it within the estimated delivery time frame.
International Shipping
We gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available products, shipping rates and fees could vary dependant upon the delivery address for the order.

Restrictions
The following items can be shipped to almost all destinations outside of the U.S.:
- Books*
- DVDs
- Music
- VHS videos
* Note: Books that require special handling because they're extremely heavy (by way of example, multi-volume sets) are not shipped outside of the U.S. If this is so, it will be noted on the product detail page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product might be lawfully imported to the destination country.
