What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller so you must contact and/or make reference to the main sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are generally made back to the initial card and can take up to 1 month to credit back. However some resellers could possibly have different policies regarding refunds, for example only giving store credit or gift cards. Please reference an original sellers refund policy.

Requirements to get a Full Refund

In most instances these are the basic requirements to get a full refund.

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic products must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn

Alternative Seller Returns Policies

While many sellers provide a returns policy the same as our own, some seller returns policies can differ. Each seller's return policy is available on the vendor's web-site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped from a seller are borne with the buyer.

Items worth over have to be returned towards seller with a trackable shipping service. Should the order is valued at 0 or higher, insure the shipment for the price of the goods and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you do not use a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be entitled to refund.

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you want to return a large or bulky item which had been delivered from a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you throughout the returns process and may have you contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. To assure the return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
